Best Female Vocalist   Nannette (Hoot) Stephenson Hear why she won.   An MP3 Sample. As the bass player in the rock band Snakes-n-Angels Nannette (hoot) adds an incredible amount of texture. On some songs she sings back up to husband J.C. while on a few songs she holds the mic, and what a fine job of singing she does. With her main influences coming from Ann Wilson of Heart fame, it should leave little wonder when you hear this soulful voice.
